Is 2 always better than 1 ??

We are 2 investors that just met on BB , living in the same town.

One of us has a high paying job  and just bought (financed)  2 large MFH.

The other (me) has 5 small SFH paid for in cash (hard to get substantial loan with low salary).

Can anyone suggest how it would  make sense to team up so that we may make more money

together than individually?

Thanks very much for any input.
