Hi there,
I'm a Realtor/Investor in Austin and thinking about branching out to the Waco market. I'm finding tons of inexpensive homes in the zip codes mentioned above, but having trouble finding sold info. Does any one know the the areas, have access to sold prices, or have any insight as to which direction that market may be going? (Would it be better to buy and hold, or is it decent for flips?)
Would love to chat!

Thanks in advance, I appreciate any input!

Hello all!

I'm a Realtor and investor in Waco.  We are seeing lots of growth from outside influence currently (tons of national attention due to Fixer Upper).  Send me a message if you'd like to discuss the market and options on purchasing properties in the area. @Daphne Quay @Greg H. @Atif F Shahnawaz
