This is way sketchy. It aaaalmost sounds like the Realtor may be "selling" a relative's house (or maybe even their own) to get leads.
Other realtor friends and I have joked about it during the slower times, but it is so absurd that of course we wouldn't follow through.
Just an entertaining thought.

Hey Atif,
We went to Waco about 6 weeks ago to look at some options. I had no idea it had gotten so popular until someone mentioned TLC and the Gaines when we came back to Austin.. Huh!
Yeah, let's chat.
Shoot me an email- should be in my profile

I know!
My broker and I looked in to it and it is 1) expensive and 2) a bit exclusive.
Was hoping someone could offer an alternative. Would make the process a lot easier if we could look at some comps.

Hi there,
I'm a Realtor/Investor in Austin and thinking about branching out to the Waco market. I'm finding tons of inexpensive homes in the zip codes mentioned above, but having trouble finding sold info. Does any one know the the areas, have access to sold prices, or have any insight as to which direction that market may be going? (Would it be better to buy and hold, or is it decent for flips?)
Would love to chat!

Thanks in advance, I appreciate any input!
