New to BiggerPockets and looking into fix and flip strategy

Hey BiggerPockets !

My name is Mack, 21 years old, from the Boston area, and a motivated new investor. I recently started using the BiggerPockets Forum to gain some knowledge surrounding my Realestate interests. I have zero experience and before I start house hacking and buying and hold property for cash flow and long term appreciation. I wanted to start out by buying "ugly house", single family. And using hard money to buy cheap, rehab, and flip to earn some profit and eventually acquire enough money to put down payments on nicer multi families on my own.

My question to the BiggerPockets forum, is how do I possibly estimate rehab costs for a property I come across on realty websites, seeing as how I have no experience to make an educated rehab estimate.

thank you in advance
