Rochester NY demolition list

Has any investor from Rochester NY dealt with any property that was on the city demolition list? 

I was told by a realtor  the city intend to knock the property down but may have a chance of getting it off the list. If you have any experience in this can you share some knowledge on the topic, or do you know a way to remove the property from the list after purchase.
