Lehigh Valley investing rookie

My name is RJ Peralta and I've been investing in the ABE area of northeastern PA for over a year and need to expand.

I'm looking to create a team with systems in place to grow this as fast as possible. I need wholesalers, lenders, contractors, etc, that have the biggerpockets community's mindset and that are interested in dealing with a rookie in this emerging market.
