Acquiring property through seller-financing
Hi BP. I'm currently seeking anyone who has experience with seller-financing specifically in Texas. I'm looking to acquire as many properties as possible without using any of my personal credit. I've created my LLC and have many Texas specific documents from my real estate attorney. Just need a push in the right direction you could say. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks a bunch. Best, Wishes. Chris McDaniel

Call title companies, because you'll need to choose a title company to handle the title insurance and closing anyway, and ask them for their FSBO (For Sale By Owner) package. When speaking with them, ask them to include their standard owner financing form if it's not already part of their FSBO package. The title companies around here have owner financing pages included in the package. Good luck.
