Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I have been back and forth from Houston to McAllen for a few years now visiting my Family that lives here. My wife and I have been thinking about investing in this Area, we would like to get some insight on the Market from experienced investors. Please help, share some wisdom with us. We are interested in wholesaling, rentals and flipping. My wife was born and raised here so she knows the area quite well but I figured that we should turn to experienced and active investors in the area. We generally come by every couple of months and scope out the area, we are here for a few days and will be checking things out. We hear good things about the area. Please help.
