Considering the BRRRR stategy: Things to consider

I decided to post my own thread after a discussion in a similar forum. I am actively looking for a property to employ the BRRRR strategy.

People with experience using this strategy, how to you go about it?

1) Are you talking with banks about pulling equity before you start the process?

2) Do 'seasoning' periods affect how quickly you can "RR" (Refi and Repeat)?

3) Are your properties in your name or your Company name?

4) Are you presenting banks with a business plan?

My first deal would be cash (No hard money, or conventional lending), but my goal is to pull my initial investment out and repeat.

I would like to have the property in my LLC's name. Does this present more of a challenge when shopping for loans to pull your capital out?
