Hi BP Fam,

I've put my head down the last month working on a company re-org, and haven't gotten out to network with new people.

Anyone in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area want to grab coffee and see how we can provide value to each other?

Quick about me:

1. Run a local and virtual wholesale company with 7 employee's. 

2. Fix/flip both local and virtually

3. Just closed 60 SFRs in Phoenix 2 weeks ago. 

Looking to network with institutional buyers, people who have experience raising capital, 50+ Unit Multifamily buyers.
