Hi BP family,

My name is Charles a 19yr old new investor out of Detroit,mi . I've started my real estate journey not to long ago basically starting out as an Agent going into Wholesaling also, with a goal of buying and holding multifamily properties down the road. My forum today is to know more about locating and getting good deals and possibly networking with others to help my get good deals as well as if they need buyers for the deals i have buyers looking in areas for deals.
