CA Transfer Tax putting props into Land Trusts?

I want to put property I own in California with my spouse into a Land Trust. It is currently in our names. We will be the beneficiaries of the land trust - taxation will remain the same.

Will I pay a transfer tax to do this? Please provide insight. Thank you.
