The Next Recession Coming to a Location Near You?

Hey Everyone,

So I was reading some blogs and stumbled upon this one dated from December 2015

 http://www.businessinsider.com/smart-money-getting...

Being pretty new to the real estate business and looking to purchase my first investment within the next 2-3 months, it made me a little hesitant of wanting to purchase an           investment right now if we have another recession coming just around the corner.

What does everyone think? Is it time to get ready for the next market dip or just a bunch of hype?

Will there be a recession at some point? 100% chance. Does that mean that prices on real estate assets will drop? Not necessarily. Will we have rising interest rates? Likely, as we've seen them spike half a point in the last week.
