And there you go! Typical predatory dealing with a typical comment from the seller, "we don't want you to fail" LOL, right. We didn't touch the place and sold it for about 3 and a half times what it was worth, (what they recently had bought it for is the best indication of its true value). 

Under current law, it is an installment sale with rent credits.

Attorneys are waking up folks, so is the public. 

My money is on the buyer, hey, any chance that seller is on BP? :)
