Fair intrest rate to investors for small second liens positions

I am looking to possibly use down payment funds from passive investors that want a good return without the burden of putting deals together or property management. A number of these will be with the lender in first position and some will be with the lender in second position. On the loans where the investor will be in a second position they will only be putting up between $10,000.00- $15,000.00 depending on the deal and the investor's comfort level.

With that being said what would be a fair intrest rate to the investors in second position?
