18 Year Old Wholesale Prospect

As of now (being 18 and still in high school) wholesaling is what makes the most sense to me and what I'm most motivated to do. I've obviously been doing my homework in whats involved in these kinds of deals and will continue to do so. What I need advice on is how i can build my BUYERS LIST so that after practicing property analysis, i could send a good deal to them, and get my first wholesale deal under my belt. Any advice is appreciated.

If you are going to college then concentrate on doing that well before you start a new distraction with wholesaling...what you might consider is if you are moving to be near campus that you could househack a house and get some college roommates to pay the mortgage for you so you are living virtually rent free while going to school. Maybe your parents could help you out by co-signing the loan for the property. Then you could sell the property for some upside when you finish school or keep it and keep renting it out. I commend you for your ambition!!!
