I would like to invest in a short term rental in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Local wholesalers please get in touch with me to discuss options. Under $70k SFH or under $60k Condo/Townhome is my target price range. Target locations include Disney area, near I-Drive/Sand Lake area, I-Drive near Sea World and Kirkman Rd near Universal Studios.
