I need help with a owner financing. I wanna ask the owner for a opportunity to take over there mortgage. Now how would i ask him or her over the phone about this topic ? Also is there a script or something i can use to figure out of its also worth owner financing ? Such as if its free and clear without being aggressive or asking to many questions ?  I need like a template for a conversion about taking over the owner mortgage or owner financing .
