hello all, I am in the Baltimore area and i am wondering how do you find people welling to invest along aside you, if you have a proven track record? The process of saving for months for a down payment is becoming tedious and using other people money can accelerate growth. Took me years of saving and cutting back on a lot of luxuries like not having a cell phones for 5 years and eating peanut butter jelly sandwiches religiously everyday to save on lunch cost. I often come across multi family deals that i know are profitable but explaining the concept of investing to the everyday individual is like i am talking another language.

Thanks everyone for the feed back after reading @Mark Holencik  post I don't think its worth the headache, most them are in the east side of Baltimore while habitable the type of tenants and the area has are not desirable since I mange my properties myself, I don't want to deal with possible confrontation when it comes down to collecting rent.

Hello, I am starting this discussion to find out , is it worth investing in 20k-30k houses as rentals. I notice Baltimore has alot of them but is it worth the headache?

@Oliver Webb that was a nice flip, when you mention that the best way to is to talk person to person do you go around and just ask people randomly do they want to sell their home?
