Hey BP! Anyone out there buying remotely? Especially interested in multifamily. What I mean is buying in a place you have to fly to get there. When do you visit the property? How did you build out your purchase and management team? Do you rehab remotely? What are your biggest learning points? I know there are folks doing it, and it's working. How?
