Welcome to BP!

Some questions a Portfolio Lender will ask.

Credit (Needs to be good)

LTV - Refinance or Purchase (Max typically 75% LTV)

Location & Appraised Value (Most banks have minimum)

Is it leased, Section 8 or regular Tenant

How long have you owned it and does it have a current mortgage or free and clear.
