Does anyone in the Charlotte area know any investors in Salisbury, or people who invest in that area?  I have a good opportunity in Spencer, NC but most of my network is in Charlotte.  Thanks in advance!

@Jason Lawson I am finishing up my first rehab rental in Salisbury, but don't have any prior investments in that area.  As Chris said, I know Alex is affiliated with some new construction turnkey duplexes being built in Salisbury.  Both Salisbury and Spencer have some great looking properties and a low entry cost, but neither one is Charlotte, and rental rates will reflect that.
