Hey Everyone, Im currently in the process of purchasing my first turnkey property located in the Indianapolis Area. I'm just looking to see if anyone who owns properties in that area knows which insurance company offers the best rates...Any and all input regarding insurance coverage of properties would be beneficial for me.
