So i found a great property and the owner wants to sell. The numbers are great and there is a tenent. So now is where i need the help. Should i just find a HML or a PML for this type of deal ? im in between if i wanna sell the contract out to a rehabber or should i try the BRRR method due to the fact it is a great Student property !? HELP ME 'Reply here or inbox me i need professional advice.
