Use Listing Agent as Buying Agent for HomePath & Other Properties
Hi,
Hope you all enjoyed the holiday weekend!
I'm going to bid on a HomePath property. In a hot market:
Is it advisable to use the listing agent (for HomePath and all other properties on the market) as my buying agent since they know more about property & the other bids?
