I will be in Milwaukee, WI in 2 weeks to close my first deal. I would like to buy my second property and i am interested in anything from 4-plexes to 20 unit apartments and in between.. If wholesellers have any pocket listings, i would like to check them out and mostly sign a contract if it is the right match.
