Many thanks to all. @ Mitch Ferraro, Jeremy Trad, Rebecca Knox and Marcus Auerbach, this is great information. I will be jumping on the plane next week to have other people give me different opinions and see the issue with my eyes. Will let you know how it goes.

One of my units in Milwaukee has some drainage foundation issues(leaking) and i am looking for someone who has had similar challenges and who they used to fix the issue. Please share your experiences.

@Darren Budahn, many thanks my brother. I got the notice today and i will be calling the precinct first thing in the morning. I am hoping they know the problem tenant and they are gone- whatever shortest time the law allows.

Thanks @jon

@Jon Holdman, i was thinking about the same. This property has been a problem since day one. We are getting low class tenants.

I own a 6 unit apartment in Milwaukee and i got a notice from the police department that my property is a public nuisance and they believe that there's some drug activity going on. They want me to act on this nuisance right away. Given that i am in California, what would you do if you were in my shoes? Should i hire an attorney? The apartment is under PM and they have had trouble filling the units. Please share your thoughts

@Tyler Weaver, thanks for the detailed input. Cincinnati seems very promising and the properties are very affordable. I will definitely keep you posted oh how things go. Do you have any recommendation for property management in either Cincinnati or Columbus?
