How do I buy /structure a commercial property with no money down
The commercial building next door is for sale. It's impact on us is we can only access our current parking situation from the lot. The owner probably won't grant an easement for our property because it would cut through a large portion of the lot hurting his resale value. It's been on the market for a while 2 years or more. We'd like to own/ control it so we can maintain off street parking. How can we structure a deal.

- we would like to covert from a law office into a fresh produce market
- I believe he owns it free and clear
