HML v. 401k Loan
Ok, so I am currently searching for a property to BRRRR in Memphis where I currently own 2 properties. I can fund the deal with cash + a 401k Loan or I can use a HML. I can afford to make payments on either and the 401k would have much lower fees.
Anybody have a compelling argument for either?
