I've been investing in Milwaukee for almost a year now. I on my 4th property. I've been succsessfull for the most part. But I find that the thing that takes the most time is going back & forth with workers.  I live in California....So, I am looking for a project manager that can check in on the workers make sure they are on track & working to the best of their ability. If you know anyone please fwd info to me Thanks!

I ' m having a hard time trying to get insurance on a rehab property in Milwaukee and I live in California. Is there anyone that can provide suggestions???? I just want to protect this investment from vandalism and have basic coverage until sold.
