Hello,

I currently own multifamily in Dupage County.

I am considering investing in south suburbs of Chicago including Chicago Ridge, Oak Lawn, Hickory Hills areas. I am yet too comfortable with those areas and was looking to see if anyone has experience in running apartments around those towns.

Please let me know as I would love to pick your brain and share ideas :)

Thank you

Be sure to double check the tax numbers if you consider a building in Oak Lawn. I've lived here my entire life and have seen 5-9 unit buildings in the $10-12K property tax range (annual). Connect and PM me if you have specific questions about those areas. I know them very well since I've lived here most of my entire life.
