Sellers lowering purchase price before winter?
Hello, I live in Maine and have been running the numbers on some vacant seller financed homes in Maine that at the moment I think are over priced by about 20-30%. I anticipate that the sellers would want to get rid of the properties before the winter as owning a vacant property during the winter time in Maine can be expensive. How would you recommend making a deal as we get closer to fall/ winter? Do you think the sellers will significantly drop their prices?
