DFW - potential areas?

Hello All, I want to know from experienced members which are the micro markets in DFW area which still hold potential for good deals. I am living in Frisco, Tx and feel frisco market has already gone to a point where you can not expect much returns. I am looking for a property for rental purpose. Any suggestions would be of great help. Thanks, Satish
