SoCal market

Hey everyone, hope you all had a productive week and going into this weekend without letting off the gas.

I wanted to see what everyone's thoughts are on this crazy SoCal market

Our company feels the market is getting softer and inventory is not moving as fast any more.  But do not get me wrong, we are use to homes getting multiple offers and accepting one the weekend its finished and listed. Aka finish and marketed Friday night or Saturday morning with an offer accepted by Monday mid day.

The election slowing things down? We usually see it slow a bit around now, but not this slow.
