Need a loan officer in Cincinnati Ohio

I generally only work with investors and cash deals but I have a couple of first time home buyers and need a savvy LO in Cincinnati. Buyer looking at condos which are not FHA approved so will need a program with same requirements and down payment as FHA. Help!
