I’ve had my license since 2005 and put it in escrow last year due to market conditions. I’m completing my CE this week so need a broker as I will be doing several transactions after the New Year. My split has been 80/20 for years fyi. Looking forward to replies. TIA

I'm asking for a first time home buyer who is looking for a stated income loan in Ohio. Has a decent down payment. TIA

I'm a property manager in Butler County, Ohio and am sooooo tired of not being able to either find previous deadbeat tenants or my attorney not being aggressive enough going after people. Suggestions on finding current addresses for previous tenants or collecting for damages?

TIA

I am a property manager in Fairfield ( Butler County)  and am looking for an aggressive real estate attorney to handle evictions, judgments and garnishments.  I used Marilyn Eddy for years and when she sold her practice, the business turned to crap.

I appreciate any recommendations.

Thanks!

Barb

I have no intention of renting to her but didn't want any legal threats. I've been a property manager for over 15 years and I don' "do" bugs. I tell tenants that our lovely townhomes come with an equipped kitchen but not bugs. The very very few times that we've had a tenant infested with roaches and bed bugs is because they brought them in. I am fastidious about our complex and will not waste time with a tenant that is dirty. Thanks all

Thanks, Guys! I am just ignoring her calls. Property management is so fun (:-
