The Lost Newbie
Well guys, yesterday started week two for me as a newbie real estate investor. No deals yet, lol! One thing though. Going to the meet ups, my partner and I have met private and hard money lenders. The hard money lender (I won't state their name) but, they send out a list of houses everyday, through email. In that email it says, "let us know when you find a buyer". I'm not sure how to approach.

Sounds to me that you need to find a buyer. From the looks of it, he has wholesale deals that he is looking to sell to another investor.
First, I would ask him exactly what this list is, so you don't waste time if it's something different.
Second, I would create a JV agreement with the lender that you will find the buyers
Third, find buyers for his deals
Fourth, get paid and repeat!
Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or need any help!
Good Luck!
