Wholesaling in Northern California

Hi All,

I've posted quite a few forum topics over the past couple weeks (very new to BP) but one item I was hoping to get a bit more direction on is wholesaling in California.

I'm actively looking for buy and hold multifamily properties in the bay area (specifically the east bay) but I wanted to explore wholesaling possibly concurrently.

Does anyone have advice/recommendations for how to get started? I know I'm not adding value in this post but any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Steve

Hi @Naveed Q. Buy and live actually (but long term plan is to hold) ! if it needs some work that's totally fine. we've been looking at Oakland, particularly in the Rockridge, Temescal, Pill Hill/Harrison area. Let me know if it's worthwhile for us to connect.
