Is starting out my real estate investing career with wholesaling as a stepping stone to eventually buying and holding properties for cash flow as common or realistic as everyone makes it seem? Should I focus all my time in learning the wholesaling strategy first, then when I have some capital from my wholesaling deals, change focus to understanding buy and hold? Sounds like there may be a more direct or practical way to start the journey. Not looking for any shortcuts, just want to be as efficient with my time as possible. Any thoughts?
