Alameda County - Multifamily Direct Mail Lists
Does anyone have recommendations regarding finding multi-family property owner information in Alameda County (California) regarding tax delinquencies, code violations, and out of state owners (perhaps arrest records and probate as well)?
The Alameda court did provide ************** as an option for tax delinquencies but mentioned this wouldn't be able until February. Also, I did get a complete list of all properties and property owner addresses from the Assessor's Office but imagine some detailed searching will have to be done to extrapolate multi-family properties. Finally, I did pull information from listsource but the out of state owners on this list were quite short for multi-family.
Thanks for any thoughts!
