Changing zoning in Puerto Rico
My family and I have inherited a little over 6 (split 3 ways) acres in Corcovado Puerto Rico. I believe the zoning for the lot is agriculture which I believe is hurting the amount of money we can get for it. I would like to change the zoning to another type another more lucrative type (residential, commercial). Also we would be interested in building a housing community there if possible.
Was wondering if anyone has done anything like this in Puerto Rico. Better yet Corcovado if possible. I'm sure dealing with these small town halls is going to be a pain so I'm hoping someone can give me a hand.
