Hi, My name is Quincy. I purchased a duplex about 7 months ago and things have been going well. I am looking to talk to other investors in MN to discuss others more experienced than me journey through the land of real estate investing. I am mainly interested in renting and not flipping or wholesale. If anyone can spare the time to discuss I can spare the coffee or lunch for your time.
