We found a great little property Ina good part of town. Mainly cosmetics thought out the main area of the house, but the foundation has shifted. 3 walls are caved due to the soil and drainage. While there are repairs to anchor or cross beam support. Looking for recommendations. Getting an estimate tomorrow.

If this is your first property I'd be very careful. Foundation issues are a huge turnoff to buyers even if warranted/fixed properly. Not to mention it's typically not very cheap. You've got 3 of 4 foundation walls caving in. You know what they say about a good foundation!
