Ryan, absolutely the questions could become endless. With a warrantied repair, does that tamper the fears, in your experience?  In this area everyone has basements, my first time living an area without slab.

Next one is this Thursday, 30 June, same location and time. Meghan are you going?

Ryan, thanks. It has us concerned, reinforcing with support beams would be fine and should sell without a problem, this is from GC and realtor though. Will bring up with locals at next meet up. Thanks for your feedback.

We found a great little property Ina good part of town. Mainly cosmetics thought out the main area of the house, but the foundation has shifted. 3 walls are caved due to the soil and drainage. While there are repairs to anchor or cross beam support. Looking for recommendations. Getting an estimate tomorrow.

Hey BP community,

Just found this site through searching and I'm excited. Relatively new to the Davenport, Iowa market. Just moved here with the service, but ready to learn. i have a few rentals, but looking to flip houses with some friends of mine. I am attending the next meet up for RE investors in the area, any local investors on here?  Looking to purchase from a seasoned investor who could mentor us as we get going. Expected to learn, and develop as we grow through this process. Any leads or assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

Eric
