Hi guys, I currently live in Tampa and would like to make my first purchase. I don't want anything big, preferably under 100k townhouse. All I can find are small condos (I need space)... Any suggestions???!!!

Have you looked in the asset lists of all the financial institutions that have financed condos where you want to live? There may be some foreclosures on that list. You might also go to town or the one collecting property tax on the complex. Look for deliguent taxes, out of state owners or ones owned by estates. You then could track down those owners to see if they are interested in selling.
