Wholesaled the first House
Just wholsaled the first property today! Now on to the next one. I have been analyzing deals on the MLS in Areas 35, 14, 12, 1nd 12. This is basically zipcodes 77379, 77378, 77375, and 77380.
I see many deals that I want to make offered on. These are good opportunities for private $ investors in Houston and elsewhere. Just need some connections and or anyone's experience with acquiring private money so that I can do more and more.
