Hello all, I am purchasing my first rehab tomorrow here in Baltimore, MD. Purchase price: $60k / Rehab: $35-40k / ARV:$155k Do you guys have any advice or a guide anywhere out here on the web. Anything would be so much help! Also if anyone is from the area do you know of any reliable general contractors? I've heard that as a new investor that's the best way to go when you don't know much?

@Shawn Henson welcome to BP.

That is a pretty general question. This site is full of advice. It helps if you have a more specific question. I do suggest you check out the guides and Book on Flipping by @J Scott under the education tab above.
