Hi guys,

I currently flip homes and I am looking to get into becoming a property manager. Any tips on starting and what to do first? A lot of people want property managers with experience however I do not have any. Anything will surely help! =)

Hello all, I am purchasing my first rehab tomorrow here in Baltimore, MD. Purchase price: $60k / Rehab: $35-40k / ARV:$155k Do you guys have any advice or a guide anywhere out here on the web. Anything would be so much help! Also if anyone is from the area do you know of any reliable general contractors? I've heard that as a new investor that's the best way to go when you don't know much?
