Buy or not

Hey everyone!
We are in a process of buying our first duplex. We had our inspection and unfortunately  it showed us some electrical problems. Basically all the wiering needs to be replaced. House is very old but in a really good shape!

Numbers looked really good.

My worry that fixing electric issues in 2000 sqft feet old house will cost too much money and lead to more problems.
Any suggestion? Should we just walk away and look for different hose?
