How do I approach a seller about seller finacing
Hello everyone. I'm looking at a rental that looks like the numbers will work. However I do not want to put 25% down to secure financing. I want to ask the owner about financing all or part of the purchase. Do I go through the realtors or should I call him directly. I would much rather talk with him directly but I'm not sure if this is frowned upon when realtors are involved. I'd be willing to put 10% down but am unsure of how I should approach such s deal.
